Here are the possibilities:
The easy way
You have registered with an email address you can still access - well, just use the lost password function!
Access it here:
ucp.php?mode=sendpassword
You will be automatically sent an email with your new password. Problem solved.
The still rather easy way
You don't know the email address you registered with? It is not a valid email address or you have no longer access?

The who-cares-about the-old-stuff way
Register a new account with a new username and a new email address. It is important to know that a validation/confirmation email is at this point neither sent nor required.
